Our Association was founded with a simple wish: to use coffee as a medium to open a door to learning and employment for underserved communities. We firmly believe that everyone carries unique potential — given the right training and opportunity, anyone can brew a cup of life that is truly their own.
Over these years, we have watched learners go from knowing nothing to confidently pouring latte art for our elders; we have seen volunteers find joy and growth through service. These small but genuine changes are exactly what keeps us moving forward.

Wing holds a Master's in Design from Hong Kong Polytechnic University and once co-founded a tech startup, before a quiet passion drew him into coffee — and from coffee on toward education and charity. Along the way he earned his SCA and CQI Q Instructor credentials and has sat as a competition judge; today he moves between Tokyo and Hong Kong, carrying Japan's coffee culture back into Hong Kong through the Tasse Coffee Education he founded.
